AUDIO: It’s a Guy Thing — Impact of Dad’s on Daughter’s Maturity

One of the projects the Intel BlogMamma Annie Rodkins pointed out to me was “It’s a Guy Thing.”
My first thought immediate went to It’s a Momma Thing, especially with regard to the Italian phenomenon “mammone,” where men live at home beyond their late twenties or continue depending on the unserpassed care of their mom.
Emily Summerville of Atlanta did her homework and collected lots of data. There was lots of research on mother-daughter and father-son, even brother-sister and mom-dad, but not much organized information on Father-Daughter.
Want to know what kind of impact a biological father has on his daughter? Take a listen to Emily, talking form the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair.
